Overall amazing experience. I filled the questionnaire on the website out and was contacted by Mark within an hour or two. From there he talked through all of our concerns and even suggested a whole house clean. They were available the next day and booking took a total of 10 minutes. Adam arrived when he said he would even texting me to let me know he was running a little behind. Adam was quick and thorough, doing all 2,000sqft in about 2 hours. The floors look and smell amazing; no heavy chemical odor left behind. The pet stains and coffee stains on the carpets are no longer visible. Definitely will use again!

Adam did a fantastic job stretching and cleaning our carpets! I thought we were going to need to buy new carpet, but Adam got them looking brand new again. Very affordable, I highly recommend using Magic Touch!

The house has a very clean smell, not a chemical one as I had feared. My husband and I are both very pleased with the job that was done and the price. I was looking for a carpet cleaner to clean our living room, bedrooms and area rug. I saw so many good reviews for magic touch so I requested a quote for my measured rooms. Compared to other companies they were affordable and my carpets look amazing! Even got some pet stains out that a previous company did not! They also gave me a window of arrival and were on time and showed us where our problem areas were. I would definitely use them again!

Riley came to my house and repaired/stretched our carpet and it looks great. Never would have thought there was a problem. Magic Touch is AWESOME!
