Overall amazing experience. I filled the questionnaire on the website out and was contacted by Mark within an hour or two. From there he talked through all of our concerns and even suggested a whole house clean. They were available the next day and booking took a total of 10 minutes. Adam arrived when he said he would even texting me to let me know he was running a little behind. Adam was quick and thorough, doing all 2,000sqft in about 2 hours. The floors look and smell amazing; no heavy chemical odor left behind. The pet stains and coffee stains on the carpets are no longer visible. Definitely will use again!

I was looking for a carpet cleaner to clean our living room, bedrooms and area rug. I saw so many good reviews for magic touch so I requested a quote for my measured rooms. Compared to other companies they were affordable and my carpets look amazing! Even got some pet stains out that a previous company did not! They also gave me a window of arrival and were on time and showed us where our problem areas were. I would definitely use them again!

Mark and Riley were great to work with. I changed the date on them 3 times because our painters weren't finished. Mark was able to adjust their schedule to make it work. Cleaned up our tile, LVT and carpet. Use these guys to get all floors cleaned where-ever I live. Highly recommend.

We just had all of our tile and carpet cleaned by Magic Touch. My wife made the appointment and it was scheduled for the next business day. Our technicians were Adam and Ryan. They called to verify they were expected and they arrived promptly. Our floors have never looked better and we felt the cost was very reasonable. About Adam and Ryan- They are twins and it's very clear that they have a great family relationship. It's so nice to work with young men who are professional and likeable at the same time. We will be regular customers and also recommend Magic Touch to our family and friends.

Riley came to my house and repaired/stretched our carpet and it looks great. Never would have thought there was a problem. Magic Touch is AWESOME!
